We're looking to fill the following positions in our hardworking and friendly kitchen team. As usual for hospitality work, you should expect to work evenings and weekends
SOUS CHEF (f/t)
This is an exciting time for the Glad as we develop our food offer, and continue to move forward in ensuring we are a vibrant and popular neighbourhood and community space with a reputation for quality vegan food and drink. Upbeat, motivated and no fear of a bit of graft - you'll be expected to both prepare and serve dishes to a high standard and manage prep and service along with orders. You'll be working closely with the Head Chef to continue to develop the Glad's food offer and ensure we are providing the best experience we can to our customers whilst meeting financial objectives.
If you're interested in the role, you'll be expected to:
Have clear previous kitchen management experience at a similar level.
Have demonstrable experience of creating and developing seasonal menus and specials.
A strong understanding of food hygiene and kitchen operations.

GLAD CHEF (20+hrs)
Demonstrating enthusiasm and a willingness to learn, alongside an excellent work ethic and positive outlook - you will be part of a hardworking kitchen team committed to cooking and preparing a high standard of vegan food and contributing to ensure service is timely, efficient and organised.
Experience preferred but for the right person, an eagerness to learn and take in information will be considered.
