Jazz at the Glad: ROSEYE
Entry Requirements: Over 18s only
ROSEYE is a genre-bending Amsterdam band blending soul, jazz, rock, hip-hop, and electronic music into a distinctive, high-energy sound. Established in 2022, the five-piece is fronted by Scottish/Australian vocalist–saxophonist Tallulah Rose, the band delivers an electrifying live experience built around original material, improvisation, and themes that explore the spiritual, emotional, and political. Their story also reflects a commitment to live music and community- building, taking a DIY/Indie approach to writing, recording, touring, and organising events.
Following the release of their debut album Every Move (2024) and Ways of Speaking EP (2025), ROSEYE has quickly expanded rapidly across Europe, performing at major festivals such as: North Sea Jazz, Into the Great Wide Open, Celtic Connections, A to Jazz, Rheingau Musik Festival, Jazzkaar, Edinburgh Fringe, Tribute to Miles, among many others, and showcases including ESNS, Fira B, and Nancy Jazz Pulsations (Jazz UP).
In 2024–2025 the band gained significant radio traction via BBC6, BBC3, BBC Scotland, and Dutch national stations NPO and Sublime. Their September 2025 EU/UK tour further established them as a rising live act with multiple sold-out shows and a growing international fanbase.
