Emerging from the vibrant Netherlands, Lorena + The Tide is a dynamic independent band that combines an alternative rock sound with storytelling. Led by frontwoman Lorena, the band has garnered attention for its infectious melodies and relatable lyrics that resonate with a diverse audience. Influenced by the likes of Paramore, Taylor Swift and Twenty One Pilots, to name a few, Lorena + The Tide draws on a rich tapestry of musical inspirations, creating a unique sound that is both contemporary and timeless. Driven by a DIY mentality and dedication to authenticity, Lorena + The Tide has completed three self-organized tours across the UK. Following the debut album "Open Sea" (2022), the band released a mixtape ("Surfer," 2023) and an acoustic live EP ("Unplugged," 2024). Lorena + The Tide will embark on another UK tour this summer, to celebrate the upcoming album “Wildfire”, for which the band has written, produced and recorded all of the songs.
