After several sell out evenings at the Half Moon, The Angels are back for a show in aid of 'Medical Supplies for Ukraine' In association with Surrey Stands with Ukraine.

A rockin' night of 60s, 70s and 80s groove  ...  Come and help support families survive Putin's horrific aggression. Medical supplies are urgently needed.

Line Up

The Angels are a mix of talented local musicians kicking out a big sound and having a lot of fun doing it.

Front line vocals shared by Mick Mancini and Amy Belle.

Mick Mancini was discovered singing locally only a few years ago and very quickly put the Angels band together with guitarist Charlie Ram. Over these recent years Mick has gathered a huge local following with his wonderfully gravelly voice, and like Joe Cocker he spellbinds his audiences with his individual vocals. His performance is full on and exciting from the first to the last song. Tracks like The Letter, She Came In Through The Bathroom Window, Delta Lady and With A Little Help From My Friends are quite simply epic.

Amy Belle has wowed audiences over many recent years with her amazing voice and talented guitar playing ... Amy has over 17 million views on YouTube for her compositions and performances. From her duetting with Rod Stewart at the Royal Albert Hall (attracting over 100 million views) to two recent solo album releases, she’s a treasured underground performer and an amazing singer/songwriter. 'Amy's lead vocal in tracks like You Can't Always Get What You Want, Born To Run, Read My Mind and Times Like These is phenomenal’.

On lead guitar is Putney's very own Dave Mason. Dave has toured and sessioned for many acts over the years. 'A guitarist who subtly makes every track special with his melodic and skilful technique'.   His playing is the envy of many a guitarist and musician. Dave's one-on-one teaching has inspired many guitarists over the years while his guitar tech studio is as popular as ever. As well as being an Angel he’s also currently on tour with 'The Book of Genesis'

Backing vocals are by Jane Alexander who has performed, worked and recorded with Sting, Jeff Wayne, Belouis Some, Chesney Hawkes and Eddy Grant and more!

Special guest joining the Angels again tonight is the wonderful Damian Hand on sax. Damian has worked with many major artists including Van Morrison, Jerry Dammers, Allen Toussaint, James Hunter, Maxi Jazz (Faithless) and Lemon Jelly to name but a few.

It's a great night... For a worthy cause.... Be part of it.
