Line Up

Kevin Eldon is a legend of British comedy, appearing in some of the most iconic series of the last twenty years.

Star of his own BBC2 series It’s Kevin, as well as a list of film and TV credits that reads like a roll call of comedy landmarks, including: Brasseye, Jam, Big Train, Spaced, Smack the Pony, I’m Alan Partridge, The IT Crowd, Black Books, Fist of Fun, Hot Fuzz, Four Lions, This Morning with Richard Not Judy, Stewart Lee’s Comedy Vehicle, Attention Scum, Nighty Night, Charlie Brooker’s Dead Set, Ruddy Hell! It’s Harry and Paul, How TV Ruined Your Life, Hunderby, Nathan Barley, Green Wing, 15 Storeys High and Look Around You.

He also appeared in Martin Scorsese’s Hugo and Tim Burton’s Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.

“Brilliant and unique comic ideas cascade from Eldon’s brain like Niagara. FIVE STARS” Chortle

Pierre is the current holder of the Amused Moose Laugh-Off Award which has previously been won by Sarah Millican, Jack Whitehall and Rob Beckett. He was also a finalist in the Chortle Student Comedy Award competition in 2012. One of Mother Comedy’s most exciting recent births, Pierre was born in Johannesburg in South Africa but moved to the Isle of Man when he was a boy. He studied Anglo-Saxon, Norse and Celtic at Cambridge where he was Vice President of the Cambridge Footlights, touring the United States with their 2012 show Perfect Strangers after a sell-out month at the Edinburgh Fringe. Pierre has recently returned from the Edinburgh where he was selected to take part in The Lunchtime Special at Just The Tonic at The Tron. Pierre was also the first comedian to perform at the CERN LHcomedy night, home of the Large Hadron Collider.

“One to watch” Time Out

"Pierre Novellie derives tremendous capital from his unlikely background, delivering an erudite, intelligent, scholarly but accessible hour that’s full of wry, self-effacing humour" ★★★★ - The Scotsman

“Slick and slightly offbeat… sometimes redolent of Eddie Izzard” - Chortle

“An absolute pleasure to watch” - Broadway Baby

“Take my word for it he is going to go far in the world of comedy.” - One4Review

“The dawn of a major talent” - The Guardian

Originally from Nottingham, Sarah Keyworth is fast-becoming a regular on the London circuit and has recently supported Stewart Francis on tour. Her material is a mix of honest anecdotal storytelling about her Midlands upbringing, made surreal with the occasional addition of a silly observation. She delivers sharp lines with a cheeky smile and moments of sudden deadpan that leave the audience wanting more.

Sharon Wanjohi is an up and coming stand up comedian with a varied act ranging from shock to absurd comedy. A Chortle Student Comedy Award Finalist and Funny Women Stage Award Finalist, with 2 years on the circuit, she talks (maybe too much) about children's films and the cartoon dilfs that inspired a generation of sexual awakenings. And she thinks Ratatouille is a commentary on race.

In 2022 Sharon featured in the Channel 4 online series Jokes Only A … Can Tell and The Big Breakfast. In 2023 Sharon presented a section on The Laura Whitmore Breakfast Show, features on fifth series of ITV’s The Stand Up Sketch Show and Comedy Central Live S3.

‘A spark in her performance…….. memorable zingers, she’s witty and engaging company’ Steve Bennett, Chortle

‘She impressed with a set with plenty to say about race and gender, laced with sarcasm but delivered with a relaxed smile. As well as a handful of solid gags, silly impressions and cod-boastfulness prove she has several strings to her comedy bow, and place her firmly on the ‘one to watch list’.’ Steve Bennett, for Chortle Student Comedy Awards
