Line Up

Sam Wray is a singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Milton Keynes. Coming off the back of recent performances at Bedford Festival, The Ned and a sold out Sofar sounds show in Paris, he blends his favourite elements of folk, jazz and rock into his own unique sound. The trio combines Sam's music and piano playing with an incredible rhythm section of Miles Hobbs on bass and Angus McIntyre on drums.

Seán Finn is an Irish Singer-Songwriter, that offers heartfelt acoustic ballads on piano and guitar. Mixing elements of folk, jazz and baroque-pop, Seán writes simple yet relatable tunes. Often catchy and endearing, his songs deal with introspective and observational topics, oft hard to discuss.

Taking inspiration from a Leonard Cohen song, Alexandra Leaving’s music is a unique blend of playful imagination and introspective lyricism, influenced by the likes of Kate Bush, Stevie Nicks through to contemporaries like HAIM and Weyes Blood.

Growing up in Shropshire, Alex started playing guitar and songwriting at an early age. Her music was soon picked up by BBC Introducing Shropshire. Moving to London, she performed under the name ‘Alex Jayne’ and received support from BBC6Music and NME, playing venues such as The Lexington, Notting Hill Arts Club as well as an addition to the Reading & Leeds Hotlist.

Alexandra Leaving marks a new era for the songwriter. Her singles 'Open The Space' and ‘Green Spell’ have had airplay from BBC Radio One, BBC Introducing and Radio X. With her distinctive voice and bold vision, Alexandra Leaving is establishing herself as an exciting emerging artist on the UK music scene.

Will Pope’s music expands the boundaries of a folk and pop crossover by mixing a subtle jazz sensibility with the passionate, visceral sensibility of classic roots music. His technicality is matched with soaring vocals and intricate harmonies stemming from a love of soul. His debut album offers an enchanting glimpse into the wide ethereal spaces and sweeping compositions that create his signature sound.

His debut release “Burying Giants” is the culmination of years of hard work, shaped by the Beijing music scene (Axis Neptune / Su Zixu + The Paramecia / Clustercuss) and artists and musicians Pope has collaborated with along the way.

The songs tell stories of grief, loss and hope in a changing landscape—shaped partly by his experience of living in China's capital, but also through the isolation that comes with a solo artist working on a debut release.

Callum Ettrick is a singer/songwriter from Gloucester, whose music is a blend of indie rock and pop with the songwriting sensibilities of folk and Americana. He writes songs filled with anthemic choruses, storytelling and social commentary. He is inspired by artists such as Bruce Springsteen, The KIllers and The Clash.
