Sad Café, one of the great classic English rock bands of the 70s and 80s have reformed due to public demand to do a show with all the hits and fan favourites.

Led by original founder member and guitarist Ian Wilson with long time bassist Des Tong and vocalist/songwriter Sue Quin, the band has been augmented by vocalist and percussionist Barry James, Dave Day lead guitar/vocals (Leo Sayer), Matt Steele keyboards (Brand New Heavies), Neil Shawe Hulme, sax/vocals and Bryan Hargreaves on drums.

This is the band that brought you the great hits Everyday Hurts (#3 on the UK charts), My Oh My, Strange Little Girl, Black Rose and I'm in Love Again along with the big U.S. hits La-Di-Da and Run Home Girl.

Never wanting to replace their late lead singer Paul Young (also Mike and the Mechanics), who tragically died in 2000, they now press on to a new era with a show, which brings together the great hits of the past with the matured and excellent musicianship of the present. Sad Café fans have warmly and enthusiastically embraced the new line up as the shows continue to bring new and existing fans together to share their love for this incredible band and their music.
