1. So who is behind all this?
Glad you asked! Cam Cole at the moment is a two-man operation, Cam himself and Markus (manager/producer). There is no middle-man and no big CEO behind this whose daughter's college education you would pay for. If you order from us here you help us making music in the future. We think that is pretty cool of you by the way.
2. How long do I have to wait for my parcel?
Depends on where you are in the world:
- USA: 2-6 business days
We ship all parcels from Kansas, United States as fast as we can but the further away you are from there the longer it can take.
3. Your shipping costs are high! Amazon does it cheaper.
We do not make any money from the shipping, this goes straight USPS. We did our best to keep the shipping costs as low as possible but we sadly are not as big as Amazon (yet...). Therefore we do not get the business shipping rates they get but we DO actually pay our taxes.
4. Why do you charge extra shipping when sending posters?
We wish we wouldn't have to!!! Posters are tricky to send as they do not fit the regular parcels and need to be shipped in a poster tube. We do this so your poster gets to you in perfect condition but we do need to send them as an extra piece of parcel. We could cram them into the same package we use for shirts and CD's but trust us, they wouldn't look good anymore when they arrive at your place. We think it is worth it and you will enjoy looking at your poster a lot more that way.
5. My parcel finally arrived!!
Amazing!! Hope you have fun with what you ordered. If you like, please send us a picture when you receive your order to firstname.lastname@example.org. It makes us extremely happy seeing you listening to the album, wearing a shirt or seeing what the poster looks like on your wall.
6. I need to make a complaint.
