Xadium

Alternative Rock band Xadium formed after numerous exhilarating jam sessions in the bands' hometown of Malmesbury and in their college practice room. It was there that their energetic and brutally grooving brand of alternative and post-hardcore punk rock was born, sealing their position as one of the leading guitar bands in the South West underground scene. Xadium are a band formed on the principle that their music should be exciting, shredding, and also make you think. Their live presence is the stuff of legend with the raw musical power that is more than the sum of its parts, coupled with the witty jokes and banter that’s straight out of the early 90s NOFX playbook. Their socially concious and at times aggressively potent lyrics attack internet addiction, drug abuse, political power and the elite without mercy. This is a band for people who refuse to be just another cog in the machine, and who choose to rise up and fight back.

Their unmatched energy and songwriting prowess has brought them many successes, including raucous shows in Swindon, Bristol, Cirencester and more. Their first and second EPs were local successes upon release, and their third ("Overshadowed") is set to continue this success.
