Co-fronted by telepathic, harmonising best friends Emily and Megan - Bloom make electronic folk pop using big beats, layered vocals and shimmering synths. Bloom, used Kickstarter funds to record the album ‘What is Life’ which has since been described as ‘Astral space pop worthy of Bjork’ by The Quietus, playlisted by Independent Music Monday and worldwide in H&M Topshop & The Joy Store. Tracks from the album have been played by 3 BBC radio presenters and made BBC Introducing Track of the Week. Bloom are working on the next album now, having just completed a UK tour and a live session at Abbey Road.
