Tom Williams & The Boat are best described as Bob Dylan meets Lightspeed Champion/Eugene McGuiness with the lyrical style of Regina Spektor or Win Butler (Arcade Fire).

Recorded onto 2" tape at The Granary Studios in Lamberhurst, and with a new group of players, The Penguin EP is the most accomplished set of recordings that Tom has released to date.

Their sound is epic and adventurous whilst retaining an strong personality and humanity, rooted in Tom’s song writing.
