At 22 years-old, T. Thomason (formerly “Molly Thomason”) has much to be proud of with multiple awards and nominations for songs and recordings, performances at taste-making festivals, and support slots to Collective Soul, The Trews, Joel Plaskett, and Hey Ocean!, under his belt.
T.’s East Coast Music Award nominated 2014 release, Columbus Field, captured the undeniable excitement and no-holds-barred romance of youth. 2016 marked the online arrival of his most recent EP release, sweet baby, hailed by NOW Magazine as “ rich, full-bodied, soulful, and earnest”. This new project sees T. diving into the rock tone set by previous releases, being called “hard rock…hitting like a freight train” (The East Magazine), but staying true to his melodic, pop writing sensibilities “that will have you hooked immediately” (Canadian Beats). 2017 sees Thomason teaming up with Polaris Prize nominated indie singer-songwriter Rae Spoon’s label COAX Records for the official physical release of sweet baby, with distribution through Outside Distribution.
