Tom Sayer is a singer-songwriter from Brighton with over ten years of songwriting experience, a vast back-catalogue of original tracks and a track record for charismatic live performances. Whilst studying music and creative writing at university, which he followed up with an MA in Composition, Tom refined his songwriting skills through hosting regular open mic nights, holding a residency with a local pub and helping to teach the Songwriting Module at Bangor University. During his MA, Tom held a concert of his own classical compositions as well as performing 8 of his own songs which he arranged for string quartet, guitar and vocals. Since finishing university, Tom has been performing back in Brighton, recently playing a Sofar Sounds Session in June, and is currently working on the soundtrack for a feature film called Hamlin, which is due for release in March 2016. Tom has released a number of albums, LPs and EPs, most recently the All I've Got/ Heartstrings Double A-side (June 2015) and The Architect (Sept 2015). Tom is currently looking for performance opportunities in Brighton including support slots for touring artists.
