The Kennedy Detail are a guitar orientated duo based in Falkirk Scotland.
They have been writing and playing together for nearly five years welding together their shared love of music from all eras and genres which have brought them to release one complete album and they have just finished recording their second original album titled "West Of Where The Sun Sets"
Writing both from personal experiences and fantasy they have written songs about such diverse topics as the Scottish independence referendum, leaving home, birth of a new born and the first American settlers.
The Kennedy Detail perform gigs on a totally adhoc basis, choosing to make every gig completely unique in their set with song choices ranging from originals and covers with individual interpretations around one particular gig or audience.
