the bond now are

the bond now are hail from Blackburn in the North of England and are a musical progression of previous incarnations some now are and the bond – hence the somewhat unusual, but entirely apposite, new name.

Originally inspired by punk and post punk, over time, elements of dance and ambient music began to seep into their music. the bond now are are a melting pot of British and Mediterranean influences taking aspects of experimental, folk, world, progressive and soundtrack musics to create a unique, joyous soulful and multicultural sound that will have you dancing on the streets of England and the beaches of Europe.

In support of the release of their debut ep release, The Gathering, (available on band camp, Spotify, amazon and itunes) the band recently played live shows in Faro, Portugal, Blackburn and Manchester.

With a second ep planned for early 2016 and an album to follow in May 2016, the bond now are are now looking to work with a Press agent to raise their profile and optimise exposure for The Gathering ep and subsequent releases.
