The Alvarez Theory sing tales of small town heroes, barflies and gun slingers, the heart breakers and heart broken, the toilers, gamblers and drifters, forlorn in the city or crossing the seas.

Whilst based in London, they are a right old concoction of northerners, southerners and one germanic spaniard. Influences and sound range from Townes Van Zandt, Gillian Welch and Ryan Adams to the Indigo Girls and Elliot Smith.

Their eponymous debut album will be out in the spring of 2019.
