TICKETS

How do I book tickets?

You can book tickets from our website. In the short term we will only be selling tickets in this manner due to Covid guidelines. We will review this in early 2022. For touring shows, tickets will also be available on ticketing sites such as TicketMaster, Gigantic, Ticketweb, and See Tickets.

What are your Box Office opening hours?

The box office is open for general telephone enquirys from 10.00am to 4.00pm, Monday to Friday, not for ticket purchases.

Can I buy physical tickets?

No. We have stopped doing this initially owing to Covid Guidelines. We reviewed this early 2022 and have decided to stay with e tickets only, this allows us to contact you easily should gigs be cancelled or rescheduled. There may be tickets available on the night of the show if it is not sold out in advance this will be signposted on the event on our website.

If a show is SOLD OUT will there be tickets on the door?

In short no - We do not keep any tickets aside.

I bought tickets online, can I pick them up from the Box Office before the show?

If you have ordered a ticket from our website you will be sent an e-ticket which you can bring to the show. If you bought from any other major ticket retailer (Ticketmaster, See Tickets, Gigantic, Ticketweb), please bring your confirmation email, and we will cross check this with a list from the ticket Agency, proof of ID may be required. We will not be issuing physical tickets. Please ignore any instructions that say to collect tickets from the Box Office in advance

Do I have to print out my e-ticket?

No - you can show your e-ticket on your smart phone and we will be able to scan you in from that. We like trees so this is our preferred option.

I ordered a ticket from you online, and haven't received an e-ticket?

Please make sure you check your junk mail and spam folder before contacting us. Searching for 'Musicglue' (the ticket agency) might be more effective than searching 'Wedgewood Rooms' or the artist who you have paid to see. If you still cannot find the ticket you can e-mail us at box.office@wedgewood-rooms.co.uk or call us on 02392863911. We will cancel your tickets and issue you with new ones (original e-ticket will be void)

The show I bought tickets for has moved date. What if I cannot go, and what happens if the show I bought tickets to is cancelled? What is the refund policy?

If a show is rescheduled you will only be entitled to a refund once the new date is announced. If the show is cancelled and you have purchased your tickets via Music Glue your e-tickets will be automatically be refunded. This should also be the case with See Tickets, Ticketmaster and Gigantic. If you have purchased via them and not been refunded you will need to contact them directly. If you bought physical tickets previously from the Wedgewood Rooms Box Office you will need to return them to the Box Office, with your details and we will send you a cheque refund within two months after the date of the show itself.

Please note if you are reselling a ticket purchased via MusicGlue

Your MusicGlue ticket can admit more than 1 customer per ticket. Ideally, please resell MusicGlue tickets for the quantity stated on them to reduce any risk.

Re-selling tickets online at above the face value is ticket touting, which harms both artists and venues. Anyone we find selling their tickets at more than face value will have their tickets cancelled and may be barred from making further bookings tickets for our shows. Purchasers please be aware that if you are buying tickets from secondary sellers, that they are not above the initial face value. Original prices can be checked by contacting the venue here CONTACT.

The Wedgewood Rooms is an all ages venue, however we request that customers under 14yrs are accompanied by an adult, who will be responsible for them. All our shows are therefore 14+, and any other age restrictions will be advertised at point of sale.
