The Up Festival at General Gough's Speakeasy

We are opening the doors to general Gough’s Speakeasy and invite you along to the first ever UP Festival - A theatre festival of new work presented by artists from all over the UK.

We have teamed UP with Ideastap and are presenting an Edinburgh Fringe Preview Season of new work, as well as shows for children, and work presented by local artists.

A visit to Earl Haig Hall, now comes complete with an opportunity to witness high quality theatre in our exciting pop-UP theatre space alongside Live Music, an extensive selection of Ales, Beers and Spirits, a full and pre-theatre menu, a football table, boardgames, our Art Yarden and so much more!
