With over 50 gigs under their belt, North London nine-piece The Silencerz have mastered a unique brand of reggae-ska-pop to an ever-growing and loyal fan base. Live shows celebrate a unique combination of crowd-pleasing covers and much loved originals which encapsulate a spectrum of all their favourite influences, from Toots and the Maytals to Ian Drury. 2017 saw a successful year for the band, including headline shows at The Dublin Castle, The Bull Theatre and The 100 Club before finally, in late autumn, taking to the studio to start work on bringing their live sound to record. From this, Better Days was born, boasting a variety of original tracks, both old and new, with Lee Thompson guesting on tenor sax. Not only does 2018 see the release of their debut album, The Silencerz are also set to grace the stage at Butlin's annual House of Fun Weekender alongside the likes of Madness, Dennis Bovell and Geno Washington.
