THIS IS THE HEAVY MENTAL DING DONG!
A showcase of heavy music with the intention of bringing together the local heavy music community and raising some money for local mental health charity 'Norwich Mind'.
Togetherness and supporting one another is one of the most important parts of maintaining well being and balance. What better way to give a middle finger to the grey days than having a big old knees up and a head bang!
The show is FREE ENTRY but DONATIONS are very much welcome and encouraged, the money you give to support this invaluable local organisation will be greatly appreciated.
