Storytelling plays an essential role in our lives. We all build narratives to make sense of who we are and of the world around us.

Food possesses incredible narrative and evocative powers. We cook to remember, to express ourselves and to satisfy longings.

By exploring personal storytelling through food as a way to connect with others but also as a way to pay tribute to her culinary heritage, Chef in residence for Küche, Yasmine Sefraoui, will create a tapas-style meal inspired by her many origins. Born in France to a Brazilian mother and a Moroccan father, she also has Italian and Danish origins. Through her cooking, she will take you on a journey and invite you to explore the links between flavours, identity, memory, and emotions.
