St Paul’s has stood in the heart of the Jewellery Quarter for 240 years. It is a Grade 1 listed building – the only one in the JQ and is acknowledged, with its original box pews and magnificent architecture, to be a masterpiece in the only remaining Georgian Square in Birmingham.

Today, St Pauls has an international congregation and has a significant number of concerts and events. The Birmingham School of Bellringing is based here and some of the best Classical and Folk music artists in the country perform here. It is also the hub of the HQ, with many neighbourhood and local organisations using the church and its beautiful churchyard for meetings and events.

We host many Concerts and events throughout the year, including performances by the Birmingham Bach Choir, Ex-Cathedra and the BGSO.

There's always something exciting going on at St Paul's Church, both on Sundays and throughout the week.

The church is usually open for visitors on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays but it is recommended that you telephone the parish office to confirm the opening hours before making a special journey.

St Paul's welcomes everyone to join us in worshiping God. If you are a regular churchgoer, or if you have never been to church before, you are very welcome here. Perhaps you have a relationship with God already, praying in times of need or using prayers remembered from childhood. Perhaps you have never experienced God in your life. Whatever your experience we would love to welcome you to St Paul's.

In addition to our weekly Sunday services, we also have a number of special services for festivals and special occasions throughout the year.
