Fan clubs allow artists and event organisers to connect more closely with you, the fan. Artists and event organisers may set up fan clubs to offer fans discounted product prices, priority access to tickets and access to members-only content.

How to use your membership that offers discounted prices

1. Ensure you have a valid fan club membership and have activated your account using the link in the welcome email
2. Go to the store from which you purchased your membership
3. Log into the store using your Music Glue account via the user icon in the menu
4. Now you are logged in, all prices displayed are automatically displayed at the discounted rate.

How to access members-only music, merchandise, ticket or exclusive content

1. Ensure you have a valid fan club membership and have activated your account using the link in the welcome email
2. Go to the store from which you purchased your membership
3. Log into the store using your Music Glue account via the user icon in the menu
4. Now you are logged in, the members-only products and content are now automatically displayed.

Renewing your fan club membership

If you renew your fan club membership before your existing membership expires, your new membership will start from the end date of your current one.
