How to contact customers directly for self-fulfilled orders

We understand that at times you may need to contact a customer with regards to their order. You can do so via your profile. Go to Products > Fulfilment and select the customer order you want to contact. In the top right corner, you will see the “Email” button - click that and away you go! Please include your email address in any correspondence to customers so that they can reply to you directly!
