One Day, After School... are from West Yorkshire. Their music has been likened to Mogwai, Slint, Bloc Party, Sonic Youth, Maybeshewill, Shipping NEws and Low, among others. They tend to write songs with hooks but no choruses, sometimes instrumental, sometimes lyrically dense.

They are proudly DIY in their approach. They have played gigs with artists such as Malcolm Middleton, Emma Pollock (The Delgados), Eagulls, Johnny Foreigner, The Pictish Trail, Stanley Brinks (Herman Dune)and Her Name Is Calla.

Their debut album "The Invisible Anchor" (made possible by a successful Crowdfunding Campaign) was released in April 2017. The first single from the album was "When I Loved Music, When Everything Was New" and their last EP was 'In Skeletal' which was released on Philophobia Music in Jan 2016.
