Hard hitting heavyweight brass band More Is More play their own innovative brand of raw improvised groove music.
More is More are a 4-piece street/ busking band with a bespoke portable percussion rig and 3 different saxes playing fiery and heavily original high-energy dance, balkan, Jazz, house and groove music.
The Band is an exciting collaboration of some highly talented young instrumentalists, all Bachelor and Masters Graduates from Trinity Laban conservatoire. This project is as revolutionary in its attitude towards performance as it is unconventional in its line up which includes Ben Treacher on alto and soprano saxophones, Greg Sinclair on Tenor Saxophone, Alex Chadwick on Baritone Saxophone and Rob Hervais-Adelman on portable, customised drum kit. More Is More have got crowds dancing at Bestival, Oval Space, Hootananny, The Union Chapel, various Sofar Sounds shows, Pop brixton, The Old Truman Brewery, Jamboree, and as far afield as Marrakesh and Switzerland.
The band is completely mobile and can roam comfortably, alternatively stage performances are just as powerful.
