Living Hour was formed by summer camp cabin-mates with a sound inspired by the dreamy and open prairie sky from their home town, Winnipeg. Living Hour carry an influence from the Velvet Underground, Slowdive and Rilo Kiley, blending a passion for psychedelic dream-like guitar with old school love songs.

Living Hour released their debut self-titled album on cassette with Tree Machine Records (Bloomington, Indiana) in April 2015 and digitally, with Lefse Records (Portland) in February 2016.
