I’m a singer songwriter from Glasgow and have a strong and loyal following in the local music scene as well as further a eld. I play acoustic guitar and piano, have a diverse style of music which ranges from pop to folk to ballads. My main goal is to have people relate to and feel something from my music and lyrics.
2019 my first single / official video of the year 'Same Mistakes' will be release mid May and then a single / music video every 2 months. There will be an EP release at the end of the year with all the singles plus bonus tracks. A mini UK tour is planned over the summer as well as gigs and festivals throughout Scotland.
2018 I headlined my own gig in King Tuts to showcase original material. I've released a single, A Million Things, getting ready to release Same Mistakes in February 2019 and am currently working on the new EP. I played March Into Pitlochry and Foodies Festival music festivals as well as supporting the likes of Nathan Ball, Sara n Junebug and O'Connell & Love to name a few. (See Events for upcoming shows)
2017 I was a finalist in the Salute Music UK competition, whittled down from over 2000 entrants to the top 100 by industry curators then voted into the top 6 by the public where I came 2nd overall, winning £10k to help further my music career. As well as various gigs and shows I played the Edinburgh Festival as well as on the main stage at Folk on the Dock in Liverpool.
2016 I released my debut EP 'I Won't Let Go' which reached number 12 on the singer songwriter chart on iTunes.
I've supported The Voice 2015 winner Stevie McCrorie in King Tuts, and joined Ben Montague on the Scottish and Irish dates on his UK headline tour.
I won first place in a national singing competition impressing judges Radio 1 DJ Huw Stephens, Nina Nesbitt and Eric Appapoulay with my vocal abilities and songwriting skills. This allowed me to record a track in Abbey Road studios and tour with coffee house sessions and Nina Nesbitt.
Through releasing regular covers and original material I've gained 11k YT subscribers with over 1 million video views.
Music is my passion as well as my job and I play gigs as much as I can in Glasgow, Edinburgh and the surrounding areas.
