Leigh Luscious was recently nominated for two Awards for The Entertainments Awards in Essex for best original song and best original artist. She got through 2 stages of The X Factor last year where she got 2 yes and 2 no's from the judges and some very positive feedback. Since then Leigh has played at over 100 open mics and gigs in just over a year. Her song THE LOOK has been played constantly on local and internet Radio stations and reached Number 1 for 5 weeks in the requests charts at Atlantic Radio where it was the highest new entry in at number 6.It stayed in the top 3 for 16 weeks. Leigh's Christmas single Never Had Your Heart Broken was the highest new entry straight in at Number 3 and reached Number 1 where it was the Christmas Number 1. Leigh was a guest on Tony Fishers show forBBC Radio Essex and she has been a guest at Liberty Radio, Gateway Radio, Phoenix Radio, Harold Hill Radio, Fubar Radio and Whipps Cross Radio. Leigh has also been in the local press constantly for her achievments and she does all her own promotions and write and record all her own music and makes and edits all her own videos. She has been described by Rylan Clarkas a naughty Lily Allen and a rude Lucy Spraggan as her songs are a little bit cheeky and she sings in her own accent.
