Join us at Karamel for a vibrant Show, bringing together an exciting line-up of singers, musicians and emerging artists for an evening celebrating live music, creativity and community.
Featuring performances from Jacqui Carby ft St Anju, Jay Love, Nubian Queenz, Theartist Lu, Aaliyah India, Whytepatch, CeCe S, Lorna Green, Richard Alexander Davis and Tim German, this special showcase is a chance to discover a diverse mix of artists and musical styles all under one roof.

Jacqui Carby is a London-based singer and songwriter whose soulful sound is influenced by reggae and gospel. Her music explores themes of faith, identity, womanhood and empowerment. She has released original music including Righteous Woman and a Righteous Man and the 2022 project Consider Me, featuring JayJayBorn2Sing. Jacqui also shares her music and journey with audiences through her intimate Up Close and Personal live events.
Jay Love is a singer, songwriter and performing artist whose musical journey began singing in her local church choir and performing in school productions. She continued developing her skills through drama, music and live performance before becoming a member of Equity as part of an all-girls band. Passionate about supporting the local community where she was raised, Jay Love has performed at venues including Chats Palace, Haggerston Park, Hackney Empire, Sutton House, Yaa Asantewaa Centre, Hootananny Brixton and the University of Essex, as well as performing in Barbados at Carifest 2017.
Also joining the line-up are Nubian Queenz, an up-and-coming London-based female singing trio made up of Babz Patterson,Lillyan Harper and Jess Hyman. The three originally met as members of the Reggae Choir in Stratford, where their friendship and natural vocal chemistry began to develop. Known for their smooth, distinctive harmonies, the trio have already started creating a buzz with their track Baby, Don’t You Know. What began with singing together on journeys home from choir rehearsals soon developed into studio jam sessions and ultimately the formation of Nubian Queenz.
