Filomena Campus (vocals/effects) and Steve Lodder (piano) present HERSTORIES, a musical homage to remarkable women artists, including theatre-maker Franca Rame, visual artist Niki de Saint Phalle and legendary Sardinian singer Maria Carta, alongside mythical female figures such as Homer’s Sirens and the Janas, the mysterious fairies of Sardinian folklore.

Blending jazz, improvisation, poetry and storytelling, Campus and Lodder draw on more than two decades of musical collaboration to create an intimate and playful journey through female voices and stories.

Filomena Campus is an award-winning Sardinian-born, London-based vocalist, lyricist, academic, and theatre-maker whose distinctive work brings together jazz, improvisation, theatre and literature. Steve Lodder is a renowned British pianist, keyboardist, composer and arranger whose extensive career spans jazz and contemporary music. A long-standing creative partnership, Campus and Lodder have performed and created original work together since 2010.
