Experience an unforgettable night of Brazilian jazz as Kaiyo takes the stage alongside two exceptional guests: pianist Joy Ellis and drummer Adam Osmianski.

KAIYO's line up: Adam Osmianski- Drums, Joy Ellis- piano, Amy Baldwin - double bass.

Ellis and Osmianski are both core members of the acclaimed London‑based ensemble Samba Azul, a group celebrated for bringing the spirit of Música Popular Brasileira to UK audiences with authenticity, sophistication, and infectious energy. With Samba Azul, they’ve performed at major venues and festivals across the country, released original music inspired by the golden era of Brazilian jazz, and earned a reputation for their deep musicality and stylistic fluency.

Joy Ellis brings her lyrical touch, rich harmonic sensibility, and improvisational elegance—qualities that have made her a standout voice in contemporary UK jazz. Adam Osmianski, a specialist in Brazilian percussion traditions, adds rhythmic fire and nuance, drawing on years of study and performance with leading artists in both the UK and Brazil.

Together with Kaiyo, they’ll weave a vibrant set full of samba‑jazz grooves, soulful melodies, and the warm, sun‑lit colours of Brazil. It’s a night for lovers of rhythm, improvisation, and the irresistible swing of Brazilian music.
