Mercedes has created Raices project, a collection of small albums that explores her South American roots and her deep connection with the sound world of Spiritual Jazz. She will be performing an improvised set based on her recently released EP Gotas de Colores and her upcoming album Caminos (Raices Project)

In her own words these short pieces are "Pensamientos del alma", thoughts of the soul.

On Raices Project…

“These miniatures are atmospheric, melodic, touching and easy to listen to, without losing their musical deepness. And they showcase a very unique artist”.
