I'm Janina, a professional storyteller, play-maker and rumpus orchestrator.

I tell tall tales for small people wherever there is space to sit.

My storytelling is participatory, kinaesthetic and quite often rediculous. Think hat-stealing monkeys, rivers of porridge, gargantuan turnips. These wondertales, folk tales and fairy tales that speak to everyone sit within my bones and are told from memory.

Occasionally there is a need to bust open the dressing up box, create a raging parachute ocean or simply just chase some bubbles, so I have that covered too.

I regularly work in schools, festivals, museums, birthday parties, weddings and once in a Shetland pony stable (it was cosy)

The National Trust, Forest School Association, Penguin Random House, Homerton Cambridge, Southbank and Cali (aged 6) all agree that I'm really quite good at this.
