Rapidly becoming renowned for their contagious acid house and dance-style tunes, Birmingham five-piece Ivory Wave have set tongues wagging since mid 2016 with a growing army of fans since the release of their infectious anthem and debut single ‘Club.’

The band are carving out their own indie, house style, adding synths to the dance beats and combining this with a raw, Brummie inflected, vocal.

Anthem tunes with an incredible on stage swagger and unrelenting live performances, which have seen them support the likes of Cabbage, The Shimmer Band, Clay and Public Access TV, amongst others.

The song creates a fusion of hip hop beats, acid house rhythms and pop hooks with authentic lyrics, telling the story of a young relationship ruined by drug abuse. ‘Paradise’ is already pulling in praise, with frequent airplay on BBC Introducing WM and Amazing Radio.

2017 looks to be a big year for Ivory Wave after they kicked off with a triumphant headline slot at Birmingham’s O2 Academy, the band have recently been in the studio with producer MattTerry (The Prodigy/The Enemy) and plan to step out further from their Midlands roots taking their synth sounds on a UK tour.
