Mood Bored is an indie-rock trio based in The Netherlands. With their punchy bass lines, guitar driven melodies and infectious hooks, they construct a sonic landscape that evokes the rush of glittering dance floors, while dreamy vocals and introspective lyrics recall the existentialism of those late-night conversations in the party bathroom. Shifting maniacally between sentiments of near-nihilistic cynicism to earnest hopefulness, Mood Bored articulates what it feels like to be a young adult in a digital era of perpetual chaos. Who said an existential crisis can’t be fun?   In february 2025 the band released their sophomore EP ‘Too Much?’, which showcases a more serious side of themselves. ‘Too Much?’ is not only a bundle of songs but an outcry as they question who they are and what they (should) do.
