Fuzzystar is the moniker of Edinburgh based Andy Thomson and what has expanded become upto a 5 piece band, performing off-kilter indie pop that is filled with narrative, melodies and flashes of lo-fi fuzz.
At gigs and on radio they have been compared to Brian Wilson, Elliott Smith, Sebadoh and in quieter moments Mark Kozelek of Sun Kil Moon.
Recent shows include Aberfeldy Festival, The Betsey Trotwood (London), Le Pop In (Paris) and Nothing Ever Happens Here (Summerhall).
Their debut album will be released on April 28 2017 on Satellite Sounds and is available to order.
