Family Fiction is George McCanna, Dave Harding, Alex Cockburn and Jack Greenwood.
The band, based in Brighton, was formed in 2014 and sits somewhere between Folk and Americana in style. Having gained early support from Radio X, the band has enjoyed two self-released singles, The Bends and Jensen, both tackling tough subject matter.
With lyrics deeply rooted in an unconvinced upbringing, personal demons and holy fables can be extracted throughout. With two more singles expected by early 2018, the band has firmly aligned itself with the transatlantic hype.
