Track 1 is called 'jesus never looked so pale' and recounts a chance encounter with jesus, just outside Harrogate.

Track 2 'dirty animals' is about a close encounter with English football fans I had during the world cup.

Track 3 'I confess' a confession of what a fucking mess I am!

Track 4 'sweet baby j' is about what a fucking mess everyone else is in!
