Born and raised in 1984 in the sunny Canary Islands, Dave Santos made Americana his genre. He mostly writes about heartache, booze, women, bars and roads. Armed with a guitar and a harmonica, he's certainly not the depressing folky type of performer, he entertains and engages people into his show. He makes music to make you tap your foot, have a drink and maybe even dance.

Together with his band they're 'Dave Santos & The Odds n' Ends'. They play a good crossover of Country/Rock n' Roll/Bluegrass/Folk/Blues around London, all songs penned by Dave himself. His first EP 'Heartaches & Whatnot' came out on January 2015.

He has played stages in Nashville, Tennessee; performed regularly in London for over two years in Americana/Roots bills; been the supporting act in London for established Country act Brennen Leigh & Noel McKay at the prestigious Green Note; been host of a couple of live music nights in London; been played on internet radio and on Resonance FM's Bonanza & Son show. In 2015, he was booked to play a couple dates in Bristol and also played his first festival in the UK, 'Live From The Lawn' in Tyntesfield (North Sommerset). The same year has seen Dave Santos & The Odds n' Ends play on well-known London stages such as The Troubadour, The Garage and The Fiddler's Elbow. His influences come pretty much from American music, especially that American music that Marty Stuart would call 'three chords and the truth'. Dave would add '...and good times!'
