Club 85

DIRECTIONS. By road: Club 85 is just off the A505 in Hitchin. Coming from Letchworth. Follow the A505 under the railway bridge and right bear right on to Nightingale Road. At the next roundabout, take the first exit, Club 85 is the first building on the right.

Coming from Luton. As you come into Hitchin stay on the A505. You will pass a park (green field + trees around the edge) on the right, at the next roundabout turn right signed Letchworth A505. At the next roundabout take the second exit (first exit is very small). After about 50 yards, at the next roundabout take the second exit (straight over). After about 20 yards at the next roundabout take the second exit (turn right), Club 85 is the first building on the right.

Coming from the A1M. Leave at junction 8 following signs for Hitchin and Luton Airport. After 3 miles you have entered Hitchin and come up a hill to a roundabout, take the last exit signed Town centre. Go straight over the next roundabout. Then straight over a set of traffic lights (Hermitage Road on the Left). At the next roundabout turn left on to Verulam Road and Club 85 is the last building on the Left hand side.

By train: Club 85 is a 5-minute walk from Hitchin railway station. Follow the road out of the station. At the main road (Walsworth Road) turn left and walk about 0.5 mile. At the first roundabout turn right, Club 85 is the last building on the left.

PARKING The Club car park is to the rear of the building on the Right hand side as you face the front doors. The car park slopes up towards the Load-in door.

LOAD IN Up 3 steps or a ramp from the car park and in through a fire door, then up 3 steps onto the stage.

PLEASE NOTE CLUB 85 IS IN A SEMI-RESIDENTIAL AREA. PLEASE RESPECT OUR LONG SUFFERING NEIGHBOURS BY KEEPING THE NOISE DOWN WHEN YOU ARE OUTSIDE AND ESPECIALLY WHEN LOADING UP AND LEAVING LATE IN THE EVENING.
