Drawing their influences from soul, blues, classic rock and funk, the band play a blend of haunting melodies and hard hitting riffs backed by a solid beat that keeps the energy high and the crowds coming back.
Having sold out local venues after only a few gigs, Blues Jamm Project are looking to bring their burgeoning fan base to new venues. They have regularly drawn crowds in the hundreds to their live shows, have three and a half thousand on-line followers and recently released their first EP .

From the soulful blues of ‘Going back to New Orleans,’ to the funk party of ’Slap Blues Jam,’ the band have already established a wide repertoire that will win over new fans and keep those in the know coming back for more.
The raw, driven guitar of the band’s founder Jorge Martins has won international plaudits, whilst the diverse experience of the rhythm section of ‘Banger’ Nicks and Robin Churchill, professionals who have played in a number of regularly gigging bands, provide a tight and sophisticated foundation to allow the voice of Fiona Sweeney to bring a husky but powerful focus to the wholly original songs that Blues Jamm Project play.
