Winter Coat are a Cardiff based 4 piece making swirly sonic soundscapes. The band is made up of four losers – Jen (vox/guitar), Dan (vox/guitar), Daryl (bass) and Jonny (drums) – brought together through their weekly losers anonymous meetings where they talked about their ‘feelings’ and fought over who got to play the tambourine.
After suffering through multiple set backs caused by what the band call ‘the guitarist curse’, Winter Coat nabbed Dan who won them over with his excellent resting bitch face.
Now pals 4 lyf, Winter Coat are currently writing a new wave of material inspired by movies and their over-active imaginations. New material is planned for release this year.
