Andrew Yeadon is a musician/songwriter from North East England. He has been writing, performing and producing for over twenty seven years. His work incorporates a diverse range of styles and his lyrics draw on his lifelong passion for philosophy and mysticism.

Neil Young, John Martyn and David Gilmour are major influences and the backbone of Andrew’s material echoes these artists. An extensive involvement in music and a passion for broadening his horizons has seen him engaged in jazz, folk, electronica, heavy rock, world and much more and Andrew’s songs and instrumental pieces encompass elements of all these genres.

Andrew has been in of numerous bands, regularly as the key writer and frontman. He has performed in venues and at festivals across the UK, Europe and Asia. He has performed live with major international artists including Italian guitar virtuoso Giulio Tampalini and Broadway star Will Gaines. He has supported Otis Grand, Steve Cropper, The Animals Radio 2 jazz musician of the year Alan Barnes and many more. He

performed in Liverpool's legendary Cavern Club among some of the city's iconic figures of the '60s, played 16 concerts in one week in Germany including one to dignitaries in Mulheim Castle and performed at the Annapurna Casino in Kathmandu with one of Nepal's leading rock bands. He has worked as a session musician and been comissioned to write original pieces for theatre companies and charities. He has written over 100 songs and produced and released six albums featuring his original work.

As well as recording and performing his original material Andrew works as a recording engineer, teacher and producer. He has taught and coached over 1,000 musicians, a number of who have gone on to make notable achievements. In the studio he has produced well in excess of 1,000 tracks, some receiving high ratings in the national press and has worked with several internationally released producers.

Andrew has been one of the key figures in the development of theTCR Hub community arts, music and recreation centre, one of the most impressive facilities of its type in the North of England.

Andrew lives in Barnard Castle in the North Pennines and is married to Cloedie, is step father to Janine and father to Isobel and Lewis.
