The band, released their debut EP in 2016 and enjoyed widespread praise from the likes of, NME, The Telegraph, DIY Magazine, Huw Stephens (Radio1) and 6Music.

'Female-led shoegaze trio Wyldest combine hazy vocals and 80's pop to deliver a playful, nostalgic sound.' (The Telegraph)

'...they stand out as newcomers capable of climbing up a bill in no time at all. Think Beach House without the American twang, Woman’s Hour in their early stages. It’s entrancing.' (DIY Magazine)

'It's a spectral and melodic slice of dream pop that sounds akin to having your ears tickled by pixies at night' *(NME)

'Wyldest’s new single “The Poet” is four minutes of hypnotic perfection.' (The Line of Best Fit)
