Wild Oceans

South West based Alt Rock (FFO Biffy Clyde, Queens of the Stoneage, Stereophonics, Manics, Foo Fighters)

In a rehearsal room with the amps cranked loud, a collection of ideas grew into something undeniable – and Wild Oceans was formed. With guitars at the forefront driving the sound, the band caught the attention of legendary producer John Cornfield (Oasis/Muse/ Supergrass/Stone Roses) who came on board to produce first flurry of singles.

Embracing the energy of Foo Fighters, intricate guitars of Biffy Clyro, emotive storytelling lyrics of Stereophonics and Nothing But Thieves and vocal audacity of Queens Of The Stone Age – Wild Oceans have honed a sound that’s gritty, heavy and melodic – blending the essence of their favourite bands.

Their songs weave a tapestry of life, love, loss and addiction through big riffs and memorable chorus’.

Support from Tailblock (Kent based Emo Rock)

**Dartford 3 piece Tailblock formed from the ashes of various local bands and quickly made a name appearing on the mainstage of Dartford festival in 2016. They then teamed up with Ian Sadler at Emeline Studios to record their debut EP 'Burn Your Bridges' which is available now through bandcamp, spotify and itunes.

To support the release they gigged around Kent and jumped on a couple of shows with China's GUIGUISUISUI on the UK leg of their European tour.

Keeping their musical roots in line with bands such as Reuben, Samiam and Wilco, Tailblock are already prepared to hit the studio again in the summer of 2017 to record a full length album to follow up on the release of 'Burn Your Bridges' ** image description
