The Cambridge Indiepop All-dayer is happening on 9 November 2019! This is our fourth year and we're thrilled to be able to bring over two of our favourite international bands to play alongside seven of the best DIY bands from across the UK!

Our lovely line-up includes:

Cozy Slippers(USA) - Super sweet, jangly guitar pop from Seattle! Their new single, A Million Pieces, has just been released on Kleine Untergrund Schallplatten (home to The BVs and Jetstream Pony). FFO: Cub, Peach Kelli Pop

Crumbs (Leeds/York) – Post-punk pop party from the lovely north! We love their debut album, which came out on Everything Sucks Music in 2017 and are super excited to host their first Cambridge show. Bikini Kill, Shopping

Enids (Denmark) – ENIDS make jangly pop perfection - so noisy, yet so sweet! We can’t get enough of them! FFO: Tiger Trap, Vivian Girls

Foundlings (London) – Fresh from their Indietracks debut, Foundlings make lush, atmospheric indiepop that’s attracted attention from For The Rabbits, BBC Introducing and more! FFO: Night Flowers, Tender Trap

Jetstream Pony(London/Brighton) – Indiepop super-group with a CV including previous stints in Aberdeen, The Luxembourg Signal, The Popguns and more! We were hooked after first hearing their debut EP and are ridiculously excited to bring you their Cambridge debut. Expect lots of C86-infused pop to fill you with joy! FFO: Sarah Records, Black Tambourine

Oh Peas (Cardiff) – DIY gang from Wales led by incredible songwriter and Euros Child collaborator, Rosie Smith! They were recently called ‘the best band in Wales’ by God Is In The TV – we think they might be right! FFO: Euros Child, Porridge Radio

RED RED EYES (Cambridge) – A welcome return to the Blue Moon for Cambridge’s beloved sixties-inflused cinématique pop peddlars! Their debut album was released on wiaiwya last year. FFO: Stereolab, Freschard

Secret Power (London) – With gorgeous harmonies and fuzzy guitars, Secret Power are one of the best new bands we’ve heard in ages! Their debut EP was released on For The Sake Of Tapes earlier this year and includes an AMAZING cover of Aaliyah’s Try Again! FFO: Big Joanie, Au Pairs

Tundra (Bury Saint Edmunds) – Bouncy Sub Pop-esque indie rock from just down the road! We invited Tundra to play on the back of an awesome stripped-down Record Store Day Set. FFO: The Thermals, Gaffa Tape Sandy

As usual, we'll have some fantastic vegan-friendly street food on offer and, after the bands finish, we'll have Sweet Revenge DJs on hand to bring the indie disco hits and get everybody on the dancefloor until late!

TIckets are on sale now!

Foundlings are a South-East London / Brighton based band who play melodic, guitar-driven, indie-rock. In support of their debut release - double a-side single, ‘Misery' / 'Your Sister' - the band embarked on their successful first U.K. tour, with performances in London, Brighton, Glasgow, Manchester, Sheffield and Leeds.

‘Misery’ was selected by Steve Lamacq for his 6Music Recommends playlist and received nationwide airplay on BBC 6Music, Amazing Radio and various other stations; Lamacq described the band’s sound as, “breathless indie pop.”

The follow up to the band’s first offering, 'Horizon,’ was selected for the 6music BBC Introducing Mixtape.

The band plan to release their debut E.P. in March 2019 and continue to perform across the South-East of England, steadily garnering a loyal fanbase, with more gigs to follow across the U.K. and Europe.

“Energetic drum pounding, bright guitar-riffing and in Amber a very strong vocalist, with a tone pitched somewhere between the Long Blondes and Blondie (but not actually blonde).” - For the Rabbits

“The tracks have an insistent, guitar-driven energy across which the vocals are lifted, setting the tone somewhere between urban style and sweet nostalgia.” - Various Small Flames

“It sounds like they've discovered Sarah Record's secret recipe for alt pop perfection and mixed it with their own brand of contagiously joyful indie to create a moreish musical gem.” - The Devil Has The Best Tuna
