Born in a dark and slightly damp basement, Tokyo Tea Room combine fuzzy guitar tones, melodic bass-lines and ocean deep vocals to create a unique blend of Psych/Pop/Rock. Since the release of their debut EP 'Key Philosophy' the band have been playing gigs and festivals across the UK, and shared bills with names such as Wolf Alice, The Mystery Jets and Super Furry Animals. They have also gained support slots for Spring King and The Moonlandingz on their UK tours.
Their latest EP 'Another Place, Another Time' was released on vinyl through Eater Island records, with singles 'Sunset Exit' and 'Auto-Phobia' attracting attention from BBC Radio 6 Music and BBC Introducing amongst others.
