After the success of her first, melancholic and intense album «focus», Zurich-based Tilia return in spring 2017 with her second CD «pattern». It has been produced by Reto Peter (Counting Crows, Green Day) and contains 11 strong dreampop- and singer/songwriter-hymns. Wishful, melancholy, dreamy: These words describes the sound of Tilias debutalbum «focus» best, as Swiss national radio «SRF3» claimed two years ago. At the moment she can be heard with last single «Igor» on a lot of radiostationa across Germany. And biggest Swiss newspaper «20 Minuten» stated: «Who starts with a debut like «focus» has yet a lot to say.»

In fact, Tilia has a lot to say, as she proves on her forthcoming album, set for release in spring 2017. When her first album left listeners dreaming, Tillia has added a lot of beat-driven cold wave to her music, without leaving her dreampop- and darkfolk-roots. While others create music for the night, she's writing the soundtrack for dawn. To the moment when the world still's asleep – or at least wondering, what the next hours will bring. Anyway, Tilia expects her audience to be able to dream, and to be melancholy – at least a little bit. «Mittelland Zeitung», one of the biggest Swiss newspapers, has descovered «a feminine, sometimes gentle, sometimes powerful music» in Tilia.
