Line Up
The Extons are Will Barnes (Vocals & Guitar), Adam Garwood (Lead Guitar), Ciaran Liam (Bass), Peter Catlin (Drums) – Four lads from Norfolk making fresh and fired-up Indie rock music. The bands sound packs a punch, with memorable guitar riffs and anthemic choruses about small-town monotony and the 9-5 drudgery. Already making a name for themselves, with early demo, Grown Ups, being featured as BBC introducing’s track of the week and played by Huw Stephens on BBC Radio 1. The Extons had a busy 2016 supporting The Sherlocks, Vant, Lisbon and noughties indie veterans The Pigeon Detecetives. The band released their official debut single, “I Won’t Leave Lonely” Which has seen consistent plays on amazing radio and acclaim from Steve Lamacq on BBC 6 Music. The single unapologetically hits listeners in the face and blends the simplicity of the The Strokes with the energy of Catfish and the Bottlemen and the lyrical grit of Jake Bugg’s Early Material.
